Freshman Volleyball Defeats Lakota East

The Turpin Spartans took down Lakota East with a strong lead in the first game with Ella Thumann’s six serve start. A solid defense led by libero, Isabel Fahrenkamp and DS Lily Morreale and Ava Nickerson supported the Spartans’ overwhelming offense led by Kate Speelman, Emily Kaminski, and Tori Guy.
The multiple kills led by Kate Speelman spilled over into game two where the Turpin Spartans continued to dominate Lakota East with offensive assistance by Delaney Pearson, Ally Hall and Anahit Semerdjian. A strong serving performance by Jacquelyn Ramsey, Ella Thumann, Isabel Fahrenkamp, and Ava Nickerson led to a Spartan victory.
