Girls Lacrosse Season Comes To An End

The Women's Lacrosse Team concluded its post-season on 5/19 with a loss to Seton. They dug a 9-0 deficit before coming to life. When they did, it was some of the best lacrosse they played all year. Everyone was engaged, and it was "all hands on deck" to try to come back. With the final score looking like it would be 14-7, with less than 30 seconds on the clock, Coach Pottebaum expended the team's last time out to draw up the final play of the season. POSSUM!! The play was executed perfectly, and the Spartans managed one last tally for the game and the year!
We want to thank the seniors for their leadership! We couldn't have grown the way we did without their embracing the new process! This isn't the ending we wanted for them, but it is just the beginning for this growing and improving program!!!!
