The JV Gold Spartans knocked off Kings 3-1 to cap off their season. The team finished with a record of 8-5-2 overall with a 4-3-1 mark against ECC foes.

After a relatively slow start that saw limited opportunities for both teams, Turpin started to assert itself around the midway point of the first half. A shot from Ana Potrafke and an attempted header from Lilly Peveler both missed wide with just over 20 minutes to play. A Kings foul gave Turpin a free kick with about 12 minutes remaining in the half, and Addi Braun served a beautiful ball into the box, which made its way over the Kings defense where Kayla Fitzgerald headed it past the keeper, giving Turpin a 1-0 lead. Less than six minutes later, Eva Theetge showed great anticipation and cut off an attempted pass from the Knights. She then played the ball ahead to Peveler who found Camryn Lyons streaking down the field. Lyons was able to get past the last Kings defender and knocked in her sixth goal of the season.

Down two goals, Kings came out firing early in the second half, but Liz Wullenweber made a nice save less than one minute into the half. The Spatans nearly scored just a few minutes later when Addie Deems found Peveler for a great shot, which was saved by the Kings keeper. The Knights would sneak one past Wullenweber with around 26:30 to play, but the Spartans were able to push the lead back to two goals about seven minutes later when another Kings foul set up a free kick for Braun. She fired a rocket toward the goal, which hit the underside of the cross bar and landed over the line to give JV Gold a 3-1 advantage. Wullenweber made a pair of great saves within 30 seconds of one another to maintain the lead, while Peveler hustled to clear a Kings corner kick with just under nine minutes to play. The defense took care of things from there to keep Kings off the board, giving the Spartans a season-ending victory.
