Naughton Runs Wild, Turpin Improves to 6-0

Posted on: October 8, 2019
Kaidan Naughton picked up where Reece Evans left off on Friday night and racked up 247 yards on 14 carries and three touchdowns, including a 72 yard run that sealed the victory for the Spartans.
On defense, the Turpin held Walnut Hills under 200 yards, including less than 100 yards on the ground, far less than the more than 230 yards per game that the Eagles have averaged on the season.  The front seven of Turpin made a huge difference in the game.  Special shout outs to Keegan Slaney, Will Myres, and Ethan Armbruster for helping the Spartans to 4 sacks on the night.
Turpin is at home on October 11 versus Loveland at 7 p.m.
